Do you take over administration of our tenant permanently?
Not by default. Engagements are typically scoped as project or advisory work. Select ongoing administrative support is available where it makes sense, but Syladon Technologies is not positioned as a full managed-service provider.
Can you work within our existing IT team or provider?
Yes. Engagements frequently supplement an internal team or existing provider by adding senior Microsoft cloud depth for a specific need.
What access do you need, and how is it handled?
Access is scoped to the work, granted through your directory using least-privilege roles, and documented. Where possible, elevated access is time-bound and removed when the engagement ends.
